Advanced Laser Tube plants are operational, dedicated to cutting ROUND, SQUARE, RECTANGULAR and OVAL sections. The tube laser cutting systems can handle loads up to 4000 kg and bars up to 6500 mm in length.
Beyond laser cutting, Olvan excels in integrating advanced technologies into the tube bending process, offering automated and highly precise solutions. The dedicated department, working in synergy with laser systems for medium and small production runs, includes a series of robotic cells designed to ensure fast, efficient, and flawless operations.
The department is further enhanced by automated robotic welding cells that operate in close collaboration with CNC-controlled bending systems. This integrated setup enables full management of the production cycle, from bending to welding, delivering exceptional levels of automation and precision.
