TOOLMAKER (BENCH WORK)

For mold/sheet metal repairs

Responsibilities
  • Maintenance of molds and repair of worn or damaged components.
  • Assembly and disassembly of molds.
  • Analysis of defects and identification of causes related to mold damage.
  • Collaboration with production departments to ensure the proper functioning of equipment.
  • The ideal candidate has several years of experience as a bench toolmaker.
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings.
  • Knowledge of wire EDM, traditional lathes, and milling machines is considered a plus.
  • Proficiency in measuring tools (use, reading, and resetting).
  • Availability to work on two shifts (first and second).
  • Contract under the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Metalworking Sector, with direct employment and a salary proportional with experience (indicative annual gross salary: €30,000–35,000).

INDUSTRIAL MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for carrying out routine and major maintenance, as well as repairs, on industrial plant and machinery, with particular focus on stamping presses, promptly identifying and resolving breakdowns to ensure uninterrupted production.

  • Established experience in the mechanical maintenance of industrial plants.
  • Ability to read mechanical engineering drawings.
  • Knowledge of the main mechanical components, transmission systems, bearings, gearboxes, moving parts, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Skills to use hand tools, power tools and measuring instruments.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical breakdowns.
  • Knowledge of how injection stamping presses and industrial machinery operate.
  • Skills to work independently and willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Contract under the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Metalworking Sector, with direct employment and a salary proportional with experience (indicative annual gross salary: €30,000–35,000).
