New robotic welding cell with 3D vision laser system, robotic pick up and palletizing of the single components.

In recent months, our company has been working on the project “Modernization and Efficiency Improvement OLVAN S.P.A – Business Development Line”, funded by the Regional Program under the European Regional Development Fund 2021/2027 of Regione Lombardia PR ERDF 2021-2027. The project involves the purchase and commissioning of a new technologically advanced welding line, designed with an Industry 4.0 approach. This will enable OLVAN to acquire new production volumes while optimizing processes, reducing time and costs. Planned project amount: €970,000.00. Granted subsidy: €145,500.00 as a non-repayable grant and €824,500.00 as a 70% loan guaranteed by Regione Lombardia.
